Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a type of alternative medicine that emphasizes the physical manipulation of muscle and bone tissue. It is a discipline whose motto lies in a holistic view of the human body, understanding it as a whole, rather than as an independent set of organs and structures. Based on this premise, osteopathic treatments aim to relieve pain by restoring overall organic balance, rather than by analytically relieving the source of pain.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is a type of massage that prepares tissues for athletic exertion and prevents and recovers from injuries during both training and competition. For this reason, massage is perhaps the most appreciated physiotherapy technique by athletes.

Electroterapia
Electrostimulation is a physical therapy technique designed to improve injuries through the use of electrical currents. These electrical currents are transmitted to the area to be treated through electrodes. Electrostimulation is performed because it relieves pain, increases blood flow, produces stimulation that improves nerve conduction in cases of paralysis, preserves muscle mass, increases muscle mass, and eliminates muscle tension.

Moxibustion
Moxibustion is a therapeutic method in traditional Chinese medicine that involves applying heat to stimulate a series of points on the body—often associated with acupuncture points—to heal disorders or illnesses and balance physiological functions.

Neuromuscular Bandage
The neuromuscular taping technique was originally developed in Japan and Korea in the late 70s by Drs. Kenzo and Murai. They used principles of kinesiology and chiropractic to treat muscular, lymphatic, and fascial problems. Neuromuscular taping for neurological conditions is a very useful treatment tool, with excellent results, few contraindications, and few side effects. It is also compatible with any other type of treatment.

dry needling
La dry puncture It is a semi-invasive technique that uses acupuncture needles, but slightly longer (depending on the depth of the muscle being treated), for the treatment of myofascial pain syndrome caused by pain in myofascial trigger points. Myofascial trigger points are hyperirritable areas located in a set of fibers within skeletal muscle with greater tension than the rest, which generate pain with compression, distension, overload, or contraction of the tissue, which generally responds with referred pain.

suction therapy
Cupping therapy (also known as ventosaterapia) is a technique that belongs to one of the seven main treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine. The first use of this technique dates back to 3000 BC.
We define this technique as the application of cupping to the skin, creating a vacuum, suctioning the skin and part of the muscle, thereby opening the pores and promoting blood and lymphatic circulation. The cups used are cup-shaped and can be made of plastic or glass. They come in different shapes, thicknesses, and sizes, each suited to the intended use and the area being treated. The cupping time varies between 5 and 15 minutes per session and can be performed over several consecutive sessions.
